Award Realty, a name very familiar with those in the Real Estate industry, is serving the public once again.
Originally founded in November 1994 by Denny Elmes, Award Realty, with its responsive management and quality agents began a strong upward growth spiral. By November 2000, it was home to over 80 agents. At that time, because of its strength and profitability, Award merged with a large national Real Estate company for the next 4 1/2 years.
In 2005, Award Realty made the decision to go out on its own, with over 30 agents following Denny Elmes, Owner. In just two months, that number soared to over 60 experienced agents. There are now over 120 agents and projections indicate continued strong growth. Some of the industry's most successful agents and experienced staff members have joined this forward-thinking and profitable Real Estate Brokerage concept.
Award Realty is unique to the industry because the agents are, in effect, full partners in the firm including complete control over company services, expenses, investment opportunities, expansion plans, sharing equally in the yearly profits. The latest program includes opportunities for residual income.
Their corporate office is at 10001 West Bell Road, Suite #105, in the Promenade, a highly visible and convenient center located at the Southwest corner of Bell Road and 99th Avenue. Extensive improvements and tasteful decor give this office a professional, yet comfortable, at-home feeling. Their new, modern, Surprise office is located at 15332 W Bell Rd., Ste 112, just east of Reems Road. Expansion plans continue and agents are located in neighborhoods from Apache Junction to Tonapah.
